Ambient Air Gas Monitoring
Continuous monitoring of flammable and toxic gases for maximum safety on drilling sites. We provide Ex-rated gas detectors from reliable brands like Dräger™ and MSA™ for LEL, H2S, SO2, CO2, and mercury vapor. All monitoring follows SIL 2 standards with automatic visual and acoustic alarms.
Surface Logging / Mudlogging
Comprehensive data acquisition and recording of all surface parameters with lag-corrected sample recovery and processing. Lithological analysis and stratigraphic field classifications provide fundamental geological understanding. Extended testing includes UV light analysis, calcimetry with GEOCalcit™, and caving monitoring.
Data Acquisition (DMS)
Our Drilling Monitoring System processes and displays all available rig site data including drilling parameters, pit data, and geological information. Seamless integration of rig data via OPC modbus, TCP/IP, WITS, and WitsML into our independent sensor setup. Real-time backup and visualization both on-site and remotely with comprehensive hydraulic calculations.
Realtime Gas Analysis
Continuous measurement and monitoring of drilling fluid gases using our proprietary GC based on flame ionization detection (FID). Enhanced standard degasser and constant volume degasser (CVD) designs ensure efficient gas extraction. Detection of C1-nC5, H2S, CO2, N2, H2 with depth and time-based recording.
Equipment & Sensors
Comprehensive range of Ex-rated sensors for monitoring all surface technical parameters including pressures, torques, weights, and temperatures. Mudlogging containers from 3m to 9m length equipped with complete data acquisition systems. All containers provide safe, ergonomical working spaces with sample preparation areas and fully equipped laboratories.
Sampling, Description & Testing
Professional lag-corrected cutting and gas sampling with detailed lithological description and cutting photography. Specialized testing includes calcimetry, UV-Box analysis, shale density determination, and oil extraction. Comprehensive reporting with log creation, pore pressure estimation, and preparation of representative cutting-show columns.
